Thinking about moving to Downtown Minneapolis? Consider one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Minneapolis; the North Loop. Historic meets modern. Industrial meets innovation.
Historic meets modern.
Industrial meets innovation.
Nestled next to the Mississippi River within the Warehouse Historical District, the North Loop is easily one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Minneapolis. Known for its trendy and one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants, and restored industrial buildings, this neighborhood makes a great place to live in this ever growing city!
The North Loop. The neighborhood got its name from the trolley system that used to serve the area, back when the neighborhood was home to various warehouses, and factories, that still make up its industrial architecture. While taking a stroll through this lovely neighborhood you will still find these buildings, but they have been converted into desirable loft condominiums, and office spaces for the small businesses and startups that make up the new industries in the area.
Not only will you find a variety of boutique shops and restaurants, but you will also find Target Field, home to the Minnesota Twins, art galleries, and other entertainment for the weekends and your down times. The unique nature of the neighborhood will please a variety of people, from young professionals, to empty nesters, and to families in-between. To top it all off, the neighborhood even has a spacious dog park, and two Charter Schools, the Twin Cities International Elementary Charter School, and the Minnesota International Middle Charter School.
So you may be thinking, what else makes this neighborhood so great? Well my friends, that is for you to explore and find out! Take the first step by viewing our neighborhood photos from our latest fall adventure through the neighborhood.
